Humans♦Our Humans come in a variety of shapes and sizes. While they don't have supernatural strength or some of the other gifts the preternatural possess, they are unique in their own right. And while Normal is a word we like to toss around- is anyone really normal? We all have our quirks. Its what make this race special. Vampires♦ Led by Stefania, one of the Karkariamous siblings and a Soudre de Sang, the vampires are one of the city’s top species. They are constantly causing trouble for one group or another, and in general- right in the mix of things. Whether they’re welcome or not. And its not just with the furries they like to cause a stir. There’s some kind of something brewing with the vampire council. Humans aren’t the only versatile group in the city. Vampires are fairly varied when it comes to their bloodlines. And individually, each one is unique. Because lets face it- its impossible to be exactly the same as the person…or fanged member of society next to you.

Werewolves ♦ The Thronnos Rokke Clan is the local wolf pack, led not by a man but by a strong woman who isn’t afraid to put foot to backside in the name of her lupines. They are the animal to call for the Master of the city and as such garner a certain amount of protection. These wolves are full of drama, especially with a recently changed pack hierarchy…and of course, the nation’s first born wolves. The questions remains- what will they get into next? And will their link with the Master of the city be strained by the marking of their primary pack enforcer? Join up and find out! Pack members, always welcome.

Wereleopards ♦ For our smallest group of spotted felines, things are a constant roller coaster. Ranging from extreme highs to extreme lows. Like all the groups, they have their ups and downs. Most of the Cruentum Nox Pard keeps what they are on the down low. Choosing to life with alter egos that allows them to go about their day to day lives without the stigma of lycanthropey raining on their proverbial parade. They are a very close knit group. And its natural that new leopards are regarded with some brand of caution.

Wererats ♦ The local group of rats are just now adjusting to their new King after the disappearance of their previous leader. Changes abound for our favorite group of rodents. Some of which include plans to open a new business for the group. After all, everyone needs a little cash. Especially when your trying to provide for multiple people. New members are always welcome, especially as plots begin to unfold for the Dark Crown Rodere!

Werelions ♦ For our lions, these last months have been rough. From the departure of one Rex, to the death of another on type of an endless array of other problems- tragedy is no stranger to this group of maned felines. Especially now, when things are threatening to take yet another turn. Thankfully our local group of Jaguars have taken them under their protection. It’s a steady alliance. And one the Sanguis Luna Pride needs if they’re going to survive the future trials thrown at them. Perhaps including the arrival of yet another new leader.

Weretigers ♦ Our exclusive tigers have had several changes in the past year. Two of which, includes a new Chang and a change in the primary streak color from red to Black. They are rumored to have been taken under the protection of a member of the Harlequin in these past months. That very vampire seems to have played a part in instating the newest leader. What other new changes lay in their future? And will it be for their benefit? Keep an eye out on the Shiva Khan Streak!

Werehyena ♦ The local cackle of hyenas is unique in the fact that they are ran by a male rather than a woman. One, who doesn’t hold the slightest ounce of femininity in him- if you can discount his obsession with cooking. He’s the first true leader the cackle has had in a while, and that means settling in has been a long slow process. There’s rumors of a new business added to their repertoire, and places amongst the cackle hierarchy opening itself up. If they can recover from some of the mishaps that have happened these past months, anyway. Regardless, things seem to be on the up. Minus the ongoing appearance of a vampire intent on meddling.

Werefoxes ♦ Like so many other groups in the city, our foxes have taken on new leadership after their King caught a mysterious lycanthrope illness that turned alphas into furries with average power. Things are pleasant and on the rise with this bunch. Both in terms of life and their businesses. At least, on the surface. Behind the scenes, things are stirring. Especially with the rumors of a string of robberies on the rise…targeting one of the Skulk’s own members.

Werejaguars ♦ The Blood Trail Jamboree is one of the newer groups to join St. Louis’s repertoire of shifters. They hail from Arizona, where they fled the clutches of a cruel Master vampire who claimed the territory for herself. This group has aligned itself especially close with the local group of lions. Going as far as to offer their protection during a time of need. Its said that drama with the Arizona vampires is still ongoing and no where near at an end. This has certainly effected their opinion of the local group of vampires on an extreme level.

Swanmane ♦ The Pirouette Flock is a new addition to the city. While the size of them are amassed across the entire world...the actual current group in the city is small. Making up the Pirouette Dance company, they are in the city to put on a show. And- pick up a newly cursed Swanman lurking around the city. Will they stay? And what will the future hold for them? Only time will tell for these new arrivals.

Fey♦ A lot has happened with the fey this past year. The coronations, assassinations, births, and sheer drama in the two courts would make one incredibly juicy soap opera. Recently, both the Seelies and Unseelies have adopted new rulers. And an assassin was executed just before the Samhain festivities in the Darkling throng. But could that be just one of many? The Glittering court is experiencing its own fair amount of activity. Everyone is wondering what has happened to the once beautiful gardens. And when they discover it, what will the knowledge lead to?

The only clues to their status as missing are that vampires could be smelled near the locations they disappeared from. The kidnap victims all have been forced to participate in a gruesome set of shifter matchups ñ against some of the most bizarre creatures of all time. Only the strongest will survive. The vampires involved call it the Feral Trials, and there can be only one victor.

♦ Around the country, human psychics are being murdered by what appears to be either a panwere, or a group of five shapeshifters working harmoniously. Their bodies are half-devoured, leaving the remains almost unidentifiable.

♦ After the events at the Masquerade opening in February of 2011, the Master of the City and her vampires are gearing up for the revenge of the Karkariamous siblings against the Vampire Council. Many among Stefania's Kiss are of the Council's line - is she strong enough to protect them? And what of the Church of Eternal Life, their eternal rivals? What happens to them when the Council is dead, if the siblings are victorious?

♦ Rumor has it that Raven, the Head of the Church of Eternal Life, has protectors among her assembly that are bloodoathed to her for the protection of the Church. Since bloodoathing is a crime in the Church's eyes, how will this effect Raven's standing, and is it true?

♦ The Seelie Court have recently crowned a new Queen in Fable - but there's rumors that their faerie-blessed King still lives on, and not everyone is eager to accept the House of Mesmerizing's control over the Seelie throne.

♦ After an eventful Samhain, there are rumors budding of a war between the Unseelie sidhe an the Goblins. If this happens, it'll be a bloodbath like nothing North America has seen before - and it'll certainly put a damper on the Unseelie wedding that is scheduled for January of 2012...

♦ Not to mention there's still time travelers who have to get home, a war to prevent and a monster to slay. The fey are up to their ears in messes, but do they have what it takes to fix it...?

♦ As for RPIT and the humans, there are rumors that demons walk among us disguised as human beings. A bounty hunter has a gun that is said to be able to kill everything, and at least two humans have seen an entire mall reduced to zombie-like status. Whether it's demons or something more logical, there's definitely mischief afoot and RPIT is looking into that and mysterious deaths, disappearances and artifacts tied to it - not to mention all the various shapeshifter and vampire murders around the city.
